Celebrate Brooklyn! held its their 30th Anniversary Opening Night Gala and Concert at the Prospect Park Bandshell on June 12th, 2008. Star performer of the evening was Rock-n-Roll Hall of Famer and Classic Soul icon Isaac Hayes, introduced by Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz and other luminaries.
